Allan Swinson President
Allan Swinson is the senior minister at First Christian Church in Coweta. He represents the Coweta Ministerial Alliance on the Coweta Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. The Ministerial Alliance is a strong group of local churches from several different denominations who are united with a single passion and purpose: To be the hands of Jesus touching the people of our city and surrounding communities. The Chamber partners with the Ministerial Alliance to accomplish several things, which include promoting faith-based events and welcoming newcomers to our community.
He graduated from Dallas Christian College in 2008 with a BA in Ministry and Leadership. He is married to an amazing woman of God, named Dena, and they have two children, Kaylee (8) and Cooper (6). They are also in the process of adopting a third child! First Christian Church is his first pastorate. They were drawn to this area for many reasons. They loved the church, the location, the community, the potential for growth... Coweta has so many things going for it and for its residents! They are blessed to serve a wonderful church congregation, and to be a part of two great organizations like the Coweta Ministerial Alliance and the Coweta Chamber of Commerce!

Stephanie Mercer Vice President
Stephanie has been with BancFirst for 10 years and is currently a Sr Vice President of the Coweta location. She is a graduate of Northeastern State University and holds a degree in Business Administration. Stephanie has been in banking for over 17 years and enjoys helping customers with all of their financial needs. She has been on the Chamber board for over 3 years and loves seeing the community grow and prosper. She has twin daughters who attend Coweta schools and are involved in many activities.

Steve Whitlock
Mr. Steve Whitlock is the current Coweta City Manager; a position he has held for approximately 15 years. He is a 1990 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a 1992 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Master Degree in Public Administration. Mr. Whitlock was the first City Manager in Oklahoma to obtain the “credentialed manager” designation from the International City/County Management Association. He is the current past president of the City Manager’s Association of Oklahoma, a member of the International City/County Management Association and a member the American Society of Public Administrators, as well as, numerous other municipal and civic organizations.

Jeff Holmes Superintendent
Coweta Public Schools
Jeff graduated with honors from CHS in 1987, representing his class as Salutatorian. Following a brief stint at Oklahoma Baptist University, Jeff completed both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees at NSU. Jeff's career in education has included the positions of classroom teacher, building administrator and district administrator in both the Haskell and Coweta districts. Jeff's attention to detail and the high standards he sets for himself and for those who report to him are two reasons Coweta Public Schools continues to be a district regarded as one of the best in Oklahoma. Jeff is a member of several educational groups in Oklahoma, including the Oklahoma Schools Advisory Council (OSAC) and the Cooperative Council for Oklahoma School Administrators (CCOSA). Jeff is active in his church having served on the Finance Committee as well as teaching an adult Sunday School class. He is married to Jami, also a Coweta grad and they have three children attending Coweta Public Schools; Hayden, Hunter, and Hanna.

Curtis W. Tillman D.C., D.A.C.N.B.
Dr. Tillman was born and raised in Coweta, graduating from Coweta High School in 1991. He attended Northeastern State University where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Performance. Dr. Tillman attended Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic Neurology Board as one of three practicing Chiropractic Neurologists in the state of Oklahoma.

Mike May
After serving 16 years in the United States Marine Corps, Mike May left to pursue a civilian career and raise his family. He has lived in Coweta and worked in the area for 10 years as a Local Manager, Telephone Services Manager and Area Manager for GTE and Valor Telecom, and is currently serving as the Local Manager for Windstream. Mike has served on the Board of Directors for Broken Arrow Neighbors, has served on the Board of Directors for the Coweta "C" Club as Secretary and is currently serving as Treasurer. He is a 2003 graduate of Leadership Broken Arrow, a 2008 graduate of Leadership Wagoner County, has been a longtime member of Civitans and is a youth coach for soccer, football, baseball and basketball. Mike is actively involved in his church serving as a Ward Missionary. Mike and his wife, Ellayna, have five sons Matt, Kyle, Marc, Major and Michael.

Darla Heller
Darla Heller is the community development educator for OSU Extension, as well as, the point of contact for the Wagoner County Economic Development Authority and the Wagoner Industrial Development Authority. Darla's work primary focuses on creating a conducive environment in Wagoner Co. for job growth and business expansion. Darla created and coordinates Leadership Wagoner County, a leadership development program.
She has worked in economic development in Tulsa and Muskogee. Currently, she is a member of the Coweta Education Foundation, Oklahoma Economic Development Council and the Governor's Team for Economic Development, which is an appointed position. In addition, she graduated from University of Oklahoma's Economic Development Institute. Darla has a BA from the University of Tulsa. She lives in Coweta with her husband, Johnny, owner of Heller Construction Inc., and their two children, Bruce and Claire.
